Healthy foods to eat

1. Fish

These foods are rich in nutrients, including detoxifying glucosinolates. These are best raw or steamed for 5-10 minutes.”

"I love it in salads or cooked with onion and garlic. It's nutrient-dense, has antioxidants, and lowers cholesterol.

5.Kale

Peanut butter is my favourite food. Sugar, carbs, and protein are in it. It's great for recovery, and my kids love it.
